We look for boys and girls between 10 and 18 years with high ambitions and talent. We do not ask for special requirements, but you should play on the highest possible level in a club or middle/high school with remarkable accomplishments.

Criteria For Assesment
We have very experienced scouts and coaches with a clear distribution of tasks. We have developed a scouting form based on the German soccer association in collaboration with Sportwerk. The coaches communicate with a strong focus on transparency.

During our scouting days the following individual skills will be analyzed: speed, agility, coordination, cognition and technique. Besides these "hard" factors, we look for your personality, your character, your mentality and your teamwork ability.

We provide a feedback form with all your results. As part of our program, we have special video and "Inbody" sessions. After the exercise sessions, you will have your feedback conversation with the coaches about our impressions.

Karsten Hutwelker
Professional soccer career
Karsten started his professional career as a player when he was 17 years old with Fortuna Düsseldorf. He was one of the youngest proteges to have ever played in the German Bundesliga. His career led him to play for different clubs in Germany, Italy, England and Austria. After more than 20 years and countless games in the highest leagues he finished his career as an active player at 39.
Professional soccer coach - UEFA pro license
He got his UEFA pro License in 2013. Ever since Karsten started coaching, he focused on the development of young soccer players. He trained different U19 Bundesliga Teams and built the youth academies in Wuppertal and Braunschweig. Until today, he is involved in the "Fußballschule" and scouting department at VfL Bochum. His exceptional experience in professional coaching and scouting helped him to develop a huge network in every aspect of German soccer.
