Details at a Glance
For soccer, school, and personal growth — everything your player needs during their year in Hamburg, all in one place.
A Soccer Mum From Toronto.
The boarding house caretaker isn't a hotel manager or a property supervisor. She's a soccer mum from Toronto — someone who understands exactly what it means to watch your child chase a football dream far from home. She lives in the house. She is there.
Her son is Tobias — a goalkeeper with genuine world-class talent. He's playing in Hamburg alongside the residents of the boarding house. When you live here, you don't just share a roof with a caretaker. You share it with a player who is on the same journey you are.
That combination — a mother who gets it, and a son who lives it — makes the boarding house something that no other soccer program in Germany can offer.

Warmth of a Host Family. Structure of a Boarding House.
Our Soccer Gap Year Program offers the best of both worlds — combining the warmth of a host family with the structure and independence of a boarding house. Four soccer players can live in a cozy private home designed for comfort, connection, and growth. Shared rooms and common areas create a relaxed, social environment where everyone can hang out, watch soccer, enjoy meals together, and unwind after training. A large backyard and a calm, safe neighborhood make it easy to feel at home, with grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bus stop, and even a soccer pitch all within a 10-minute walk.
Costs. Housing. Residency.
