Parents First.
We are not a company that happened to enter soccer. We are soccer parents who raised four children through elite youth sport on two continents, made every mistake, asked every hard question, and built what we once wished had existed.
Years spent on the ground in both Germany and the US, building an international network of coaches, scouts, and mentors. His philosophy is direct and honest β the German way.
Marion understands, from the inside, what it feels like to raise a child through elite youth soccer β four times over, across two countries. The parent support she offers isn't opinion. It's grounded in academic science and lived experience, in equal measure.
