Our Philosophy - Why we are doing this
Our training philosophy is based on educating and empowering each player in their individual development and meeting them where they are currently at. We recognize that each player is a person and has different strengths, weaknesses, and needs and we tailor our approach accordingly.
Through detailed coaching, mentoring, and individualized support, we aim to ensure that each player receives continues guidance and instruction that they need to reach their full potential.
We believe that each person is unique and must be supported through individualized coaching in order for the team as a whole to benefit. A strong team is more than just the sum of its parts!
Our purpose as coaches is not only to develop players athletically but also to develop them into well-rounded individuals. We value respect, teamwork, and fairness, and we encourage person to embody these values in their daily lives. Through our training philosophy, we aim to ensure that each player receives the best possible attention to detail to achieve their continues goals.
We are convinced that each player has the potential to achieve great things, and we aim to accompany and support them on this journey.

A beginner class for soccer coaches, high school coaches, and soccer parents focused on soccer coaching fundamentals: It covers a range of topics such as

Schedule
Day 1: Introduction to coaching soccer, coaching philosophy, curriculum overview (TM17pro), understanding the principles of player development
Day 2: Coaching tool kit, session planning, coaching techniques for beginners, creating a positive learning environment
Day 3: Managing performance environment, game understanding, communication with players and parents, building team cohesion
Day 4: Session reflection and understanding,, self reflection, sharing best practices, Q&A session, insights from English and German coaching methods
Day 5: Understanding fundamental tactics in a modern soccer game (for example video analysis: Germany – Denmark)

Further Coach Pathway
Throughout the five-day course, participants can expect to gain knowledge and skills that will maximize them effectively coach young players, understand the developmental stages of youth soccer,. The expertise of English and German instructors can provide valuable insights into coaching methodologies and curriculum design used in advanced soccer programs.
And of course, you will receive your TM17Coach certificate for your personal development pathway. This may lead you to further opportunities in coach education and enable you to expand your knowledge and skills in coaching.
The TM17Coach certificate will qualify you for the UEFA C -License Course of the Berlin Soccer Federation!

Through our collaboration with the Berlin Soccer Federation, we are proud to offer a comprehensive coaching curriculum that ranges from the D-Certificate to the A-Certificate level. This curriculum is designed to provide coaches with the necessary skills, knowledge, and qualifications to progress in their coaching careers and reach higher levels of coaching proficiency.
Coaches who participate in the curriculum will have the opportunity to earn their D, C, B, and A coaching certificates, each of which represents a different level of coaching expertise and qualification. These certificates are recognized by the Berlin Soccer Federation and can open up new opportunities for coaches in the soccer industry.
Whether you are just starting out as a coach or looking to take your coaching skills to the next level, our curriculum offers a structured and comprehensive pathway for coaches to grow and develop in their coaching journey.

With your TM17Coach certificate, you have already taken a significant step in your coaching journey. As a holder of this certificate, you are eligible to pursue the UEFA C License course offered by the Berlin Soccer Federation.
Upon completing the UEFA C License course and gaining more coaching experience, you may then consider taking the UEFA B License course. This course is the next step towards obtaining a higher coaching qualification and can open up even more opportunities for your coaching career.
Earning the UEFA B License demonstrates a higher level of coaching proficiency and expertise, and can help you establish yourself as a professional soccer coach.
